Step 1 of 2: You must agree to the following conditions

You are the registered owner of the phone that will receive calls from the offender
You will allow offender calls to this phone
The phone is not a cell phone (For security reasons calls to cell phones are not allowed.)
You are at least 18 years old
You will not forward calls or make 3-way calls received from the offender
